Description

With its rich, luxurious coffee tones, the 11mm mocca Zermatt oak v-groove laminate is a wonderful choice for the kitchen or living room. You can be sure this floor’s going to really last thanks to its AC4-32 rating and exclusive melamine resin coating. It’s also going to feel comfortable and solid underfoot thanks to its impeccable 11mm depth. Backed up with a 25-year warranty, this is a tough, practical and stylish floor that’s great for the family home.

Click system installation is straightforward and easy for even the DIY amateur to master. Though if you do struggle, there is a video and instructional guide available. Due to its dark, warm colour, you’ll also find it one of the easiest laminates to maintain; easily disguising light marks and scuffs.

With this exclusive floor you’re getting the look of real wood at a fraction of the price. It’s designed with a graphic print to mimic the style of real wood flooring. Sold at a low, affordable price, it’s no wonder the 11mm mocca Zermatt oak v-groove laminate is one of the most popular on the market.

How to Measure Your Room

  • First you will need a tape measure, note book and a pen. Always use a good tape measure that is easy to read and measure twice as a double check to safeguard against any mistakes.
  • You must establish which are the widest and the longest parts of the room. This should also include any bay windows, alcoves, entrances or exits from the room.
  • A quick tip, you should always measure from the middle of the door frame and not skirting to skirting and always allow a little more in case your room is not square.
  • When you have taken all the measurements that are required (meters not imperial) simply multiply them together to give the square meters. If there are more than two areas to measure in the room follow the same procedure and then add them together.
  • Once all your measurements have been taken and are converted into square meters it is advisable to add 10% not just for cutting or miss measurements but also any damage is caused after installation. In the case of real wood flooring there maybe planks that are not to your liking and you may wish not to install these.
