This dramatic, stylish floor oozes luxury and elegance. If you’re looking for a floor that’s going to truly transform the room, this is definitely one to consider. Featuring a stunning deep, dark brown design, it’s especially great for more formal rooms such as the dining room or office. It’s built with rustic grade wood, giving a real antique feel. It’s been given a lacquer coating to help protect it from daily wear and tear. This, along with its impressive depth, contributes to the great 15-year guarantee. You should find the floor pretty simple to install thanks to its tongue and groove system. Each plank is designed to fit perfectly into the next with minimal effort. The floor is also sold in varying lengths, from 300mm to 1200mm, further helping to make fitting it a breeze. The planks also measure 125mm wide and 14mm deep with a 3mm wear layer. To enhance its comfort, you can also choose to install it with underfloor heating. Just be sure your system meets manufacturer guidelines. You’ll find it tough to find a better quality engineered wooden floor at such a great price. Order it today or take advantage of our free samples to see what it’s like before you buy.

How to Measure Your Room

  • First you will need a tape measure, note book and a pen. Always use a good tape measure that is easy to read and measure twice as a double check to safeguard against any mistakes.
  • You must establish which are the widest and the longest parts of the room. This should also include any bay windows, alcoves, entrances or exits from the room.
  • A quick tip, you should always measure from the middle of the door frame and not skirting to skirting and always allow a little more in case your room is not square.
  • When you have taken all the measurements that are required (meters not imperial) simply multiply them together to give the square meters. If there are more than two areas to measure in the room follow the same procedure and then add them together.
  • Once all your measurements have been taken and are converted into square meters it is advisable to add 10% not just for cutting or miss measurements but also any damage is caused after installation. In the case of real wood flooring there maybe planks that are not to your liking and you may wish not to install these.
