Description

Add warmth, elegance and beauty into the home with this sensational engineered wooden flooring. Featuring a sensual golden oak design, this wooden floor has been made with nature grade materials. It has also been brushed so that the harsher grains underneath shine through, before protected with a matt lacquer surface. Its warm and inviting look makes it especially popular for use in the lounge or hall. You can rest assured the floor will last too thanks to its incredible 20-year guarantee.

Each pack can cover up to 1.728m2. The planks measure 125mm wide and vary from 300mm to 1200mm in length. The 14mm depth and 3mm wear layer gives the floor an exceptionally tough design, ensuring it withstands high levels of wear and tear. You can even install it over underfloor heating, though care should be taken to ensure your system is compatible. Its easy enough to install thanks to its tongue and groove system, though you’ll find instructions in our useful PDF guide.

How to Measure Your Room

  • First you will need a tape measure, note book and a pen. Always use a good tape measure that is easy to read and measure twice as a double check to safeguard against any mistakes.
  • You must establish which are the widest and the longest parts of the room. This should also include any bay windows, alcoves, entrances or exits from the room.
  • A quick tip, you should always measure from the middle of the door frame and not skirting to skirting and always allow a little more in case your room is not square.
  • When you have taken all the measurements that are required (meters not imperial) simply multiply them together to give the square meters. If there are more than two areas to measure in the room follow the same procedure and then add them together.
  • Once all your measurements have been taken and are converted into square meters it is advisable to add 10% not just for cutting or miss measurements but also any damage is caused after installation. In the case of real wood flooring there maybe planks that are not to your liking and you may wish not to install these.
