Ask a question
Our experts will answer it
How is the best way to remove scratches from engineered real wood floor. We've installed your product but have got a few scratches on it.
With regard to repairing scratches in wooden flooring, the most common way is to fill the scratch with a wood filler and then re finish that area. However this depends on how bad the scratches are, in some cases, it may be sufficient to just re oil the surface and this will help to even out the shade of the damaged part, but if you are talking about a large chip / scratch then you may want to look at filling it. The only other option is to replace the affected planks as sometimes it can be a bit more tricky to blend in a repair or refinished area.
The maintenance kits are a good tool for cleaning and maintaining the finish on your floor.
I hope this helps.
